Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at support@prettycarry.store before your order ships.
Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address will require the customer to cover the reshipping cost. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your purchase.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at support@prettycarry.store.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. For returns, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Damaged Shipments
- At delivery: Refuse the package and notify us immediately.
- After delivery: Email support@prettycarry.store with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or start the return process.
Claims made after long delays may not qualify for compensation.
