At Pretty Carry, we want you to be completely happy with your T-shirts & Gurkha pants. If for any reason it’s not quite right, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and stress-free.
Where We Accept Returns
We currently accept returns only within the United States for all eligible products purchased directly from our store.
Returns Acceptance
We accept returns for:
- Defective products (items that arrive damaged or faulty)
Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Product Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be brand new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products must include all original tags, dust bags, and inserts.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
How to Return Your Item
- By Mail: We will provide a prepaid return label (download and print) at no cost to you.
- In-Store: If available in your area.

No restocking fees apply. Eligible returns receive a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping within the United States is free.

Partial refunds may apply if:
- The item shows signs of use or damage.
- Original packaging or accessories are missing.
- The return is made after the 30-day window.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or process a full refund.
Unauthorized Returns
Items sent without approval or without our return label may be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Missing Refunds
If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider.
